In XL Results Foundation, (Philip and I are both Life Members), we say it’s all about
– Showing UP,
– Stepping UP and
– Giving Back.

Philip is a leader in the truest sense of that word in all three areas.

We also talk about the difference between Spectators and Participants, and Philip epitomises that latter one.

He’s a very successful business person only too willing to share his knowledge talents and skills.

To use the Australian vernacular, Philip is a great bloke (mind you, he’s not ‘blokey’ – he has a real depth to everything he does).
