   1. We apply editing changes to your website
   2. Any other changes to your website up to the amount included per month

* Please note that we are facilitators of the WordPress software and plugins. When code is changed or updated by the developers, issues can arise. We do not write or control this code, and so use our best efforts to keep everything working for you.

So, what happens if I don’t pay for the monthly services?

A website continues to use resources, including bandwidth, disk space, technical support, admin support, software licenses, etc. which we pay for on your behalf from the start.

They fess also enable us to continue to offer you support without your needing to worry about unexpected website bills. Just the one simple, monthly invoice.

Ordering a new website?

If the invoice is for a new website, then you should review the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the website software. Proceeding with an invoice implies your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Got payment problems?

Websites that are overdue may be set as Disabled immediately, although the normal practice is at 10 days. They may be Deleted entirely after 45 days.

So, if you are experiencing payment problems, please contact us at the first opportunity so that arrangements may be made to keep your website online.

When a website is Disabled, the domain will point to our Contact Us page. If this happens, you should promptly update your account with us or contact us to make arrangements.

Late fees may be applied to overdue accounts.
