How to talk with more Customers Right Now

Make More Money with Your Website, with Less Effort.

I was reflecting on the evolution of the Telephone and Customer Service last week. Here’s what I came up with.

There was a time, (before mobile phones), when you could contact any customer in your local area for a fixed, local call price.

Then along came the 1800 number, and while this made the call free for the customer, the business paid more.

Now everyone has a mobile phone, and the cost of contacting your customers is more like a long distance call used to be.

And you are giving them all of your product information on your website, so you cannot even get to talk with them. At best, they might send an Information Request with an email address.

WHAT IF . . .

So, what if you put a phone button on your website that says

“Click here to talk with us right now, no cost to you”

How would that increase your sales opportunities and sales conversion rates?

They click on the button, and instantly their phone rings, your phone rings, and you are talking with a live customer who has a strong interest in your product.

All for a fixed price call that will be less than most calls you’ll make to mobile phones.
